About Hushwork
Hushwork is the AI-first anonymous feedback platform. Hush AI drafts your surveys, summarises free-text responses into themes, and runs sentiment analysis. Every respondent stays anonymous by default.
What is Hushwork?
Hushwork is the AI-first, anonymous-by-default alternative to tools like SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Slido, and Mentimeter. Most survey and Q&A platforms collect respondent metadata (IP addresses, email addresses, account identifiers). Hushwork stores none of it alongside answers. The survey creator never sees who responded. Anonymity is not a setting that can be toggled; it is the default of every feature.
On top of that anonymous foundation, Hush AI does the heavy lifting that turns raw responses into action: drafting an entire survey from a one-line goal, summarising hundreds of free-text responses into themes, running sentiment analysis, and suggesting follow-up questions when patterns emerge. Hush AI itself never sees who responded; it operates on aggregated, data with no identities attached.
The result is feedback that is dramatically more honest, plus the analytical leverage of AI without the surveillance risk that comes with most AI feedback tools. HR teams use Hushwork for pulse and engagement surveys without fear of retaliation chilling responses. Educators use it to gather candid course feedback. Event organisers use it for live anonymous audience Q&A. Creators use it for AMAs and audience pulse-checks. Researchers use it for sensitive-topic studies where anonymity meaningfully improves data quality.
What you can do with Hush AI
- Draft a survey from a goal. Tell Hush AI what you want to learn (employee engagement, course feedback, event satisfaction); it returns a complete, well-ordered survey you can edit.
- Summarise free-text responses. Hush AI groups hundreds of open-ended answers into themes and pulls representative quotes, so you can read the signal instead of trawling raw rows.
- Run sentiment analysis. Track positive, neutral, and critical responses across questions, segments, and time.
- Suggest follow-up questions. When early responses surface an unexpected pattern, Hush AI proposes follow-ups you can add mid-survey.
- Quick replies for AnswerLink.Get suggested, on-brand draft replies to anonymous Q&A submissions; you choose whether to send, edit, or ignore.

Why anonymity is architectural, not a setting
Most tools claim "anonymity" while still collecting respondent IPs, account identifiers, or in the background. The data exists; it is just hidden from a default UI. Hushwork is built differently. Respondent identifiers are not stored alongside survey responses, AnswerLink answers, polls, or anonymous posts. There is no admin toggle to reveal identities because the data simply does not exist. IPs are used briefly for rate limiting and are never linked back to the response in storage. Hush AI inherits the same guarantee: it analyses content, never authors.
